MHT London now has over 16,000 homes in management across North London, South London as well as a range of District and Borough Councils outside London .

We manage a wide variety of homes, including converted street properties, small and large estates, residential care homes and sheltered housing. We provide a high quality, resident-centred management and maintenance service which is targeted at those most in need. In association with our black and minority ethnic partners we address the whole range of communities within London and elsewhere, and are proud to provide local solutions for national and regional problems.

Property management is carried out by Neighbourhood Officers who are based in our local offices at Chalkhill (Wembley), Canalside (Hackney), Edmonton Green, Moorlands (Brixton), Roundshaw (Wallington) and St. Martins (Tulse Hill). Larger estates have resident caretakers. Our Customer Services team, based in our offices at Alexander Place (New Southgate) and MHT House (Clapham), can deal with both housing management enquiries and maintenance issues. 

Regular resident meetings on larger estates ensure we are able to respond to residents' needs and in recent years over £100,000 has been spent each year on resident priorities outside the normal maintenance programmes. Residents remain at the heart of what we do. Our active Residents' Panel meets monthly to help us improve our services and we welcome new tenant members.

Our approach is enterprising and innovative. We work closely with our partner agencies and residents and, as a result, bring new opportunities to local communities.
