We are one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east. Working with our residents and communities we offer a range of housing, property management, regeneration, community and support services to over 70,000 customers.
Owning and managing over 18,000 homes across London, MHT London provides services in 32 London Boroughs, and a range of council districts outside of London. Our 230 employees work together to deliver quality housing and related services to single people, families and older people.
We provide housing management services to 12,000 general needs customers, and specialist support and housing to over 2,600 older people. We also provide leasehold management services to over 5,000 customers.
We are part of Metropolitan Housing Partnership, one of the largest social housing and regeneration groups in the UK.
