Every year, MHT London updates its five year business plan to reflect the changes both internal and external that have or are likely to take place that will have an impact on our business. The Business Plan ensures we are monitor the delivery of our business objectives and the key strategic objectives of the partnership.

MHT Londons Business Plan underpins the values of Metropolitan Housing Partnership (MHP) which are:

Business objectives

MHT London’s underlying objective is "Getting the Basics Right". We will do this by delivering on our key priorities over the next five years.

  • Achieving efficiencies across the business through lower operational costs.
  • Consolidating our property portfolio – providing better quality more tailored services for residents and reducing management costs.
  • Improving the quality of our homes.
  • Improving our business performance.
  • Meeting the Decent Homes standard and providing cost efficient properties for residents to occupy and MHT London to manage.
  • Delivering the Ashmole regeneration programme and other regeneration activities as key local offers delivered against very specific resident requirements.
  • Improving customer satisfaction.

These priorities have come from business needs, driven by customer feedback and the directions provided by our residents involved in the Business Planning to date.
