Car parking
Some of our estates have controlled parking. This means that you must hold a parking permit before you park on the estate otherwise your vehicle may be clamped or even towed away.
Other important things to consider when parking are:
- Do not leave vehicles which are untaxed, not roadworthy or abandoned on our land. They might be removed without compensation.
- You need written permission from us to park any other type of vehicle or a second vehicle.
- You may not carry out car repairs on trust land without written permission of the Trust.
- You may not put caravans, camper vans, lorries or commercial vehicles, trailers or parts of these in your garden.
- We will take no responsibility for any vehicles parked on Trust property in any circumstances. You or your visitors park there at your own risk.
