Ending my tenancy

Your tenancy agreement will tell you how much notice you need to give us when you wish to end your tenancy, but all assured and secure tenants - the majority of MHT London tenants - must give four weeks Keysnotice in writing. To end your tenancy you need to complete a termination notice.

You will be expected to clear all of your belongings from the premises and leave the property in a clean condition to enable the next tenant to move in without delay.

You should make arrangements to have your gas and electricity meters read and the telephone disconnected.

Keys must be returned to our office on or before the last day of your tenancy if you wish to avoid paying extra rent. You must also provide a forwarding address in case we need to contact you after you have moved on.
