Naomi Dickinson is a Building Surveyor at MHT London working in the Planned Maintenance team. Her job involves being responsible for major works to homes, the annual repainting programme for external and communal areas and all servicing activities such as gas boilers and lifts.

The Planned Maintenance team is responsible for upgrading our properties and installing kitchens and bathrooms, roof and window replacements and any other major work as required. They also carry out full refurbishments for all MHT London vacant properties.

Naomi has been with MHT for eight years as a Surveyor. She started her working life running a pub before she moved into the brewery surveying department and began a career in surveying.

'No day is ever the same and its really satisfying knowing that the work you do is helping to improve someone's home.' As a surveyor, Naomi gets to meet our residents on a regular basis and ensures work replacements are done to the quality standards we set.

To get into Building Surveying you need a a qualification through either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or The Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB).
