Our responsibilities
As your landlord, we have a responsibility to carry out certain repairs to your property. We are responsible for repairs to your home's structure, including the roof, guttering and shared parts of the buildings such as communal stairways. For some repairs a crime reference number will be required.

Communal, external (usually repaired periodically) and timber (prior to painting). |
