Your tenancy agreement will tell you how much notice you need to give us when you wish to end your tenancy. As a guide, all assured and secure tenants (the majority of MHT London tenants) must give four weeks’ notice in writing.
To end your tenancy you need to complete a termination notice.
You will be expected to clear all of your belongings from the premises and leave the property in a clean condition to enable the next tenant to move in without delay. You should also make arrangements to have your gas and electricity meters read and the telephone disconnected.
Please contact us on 0800 783 2399 if you would like to discuss this further.
