Our service standards
We are committed to putting our customers first. Our aim is to provide a high quality service which meets the needs of and improves the lives of our customers. To help us achieve this we have written a set of service standards in consultation with residents. Our service standards set out what you can expect from us. We aim to meet our standards and will monitor our performance against them.
Please let us know if we have not met these standards, or if we have done better than you expected.
