Anti-social behaviour

We will:

• give priority to the most serious cases; if you report any criminal activity* or racist behaviour, we will respond to you within 1 working day. For most other cases we will be in touch within 7 to 10 working days.*serious criminal activity may involve violence or threats of violence or allegations of drug dealing.
• offer clear advice and support when you report an incident
• if we close your anti-social behaviour case (that is we decide not to take any more action), we will write to you to explain why. If you feel your case should remain open you should contact us and let us know why.
