Paying for your home and services

We will:

  • offer a range of ways for you to pay your rent:
  • send rent statements at least every three months and when you ask for one
  • consult you about changes to the services for which we charge a service charge.

 

If you owe us money we will:

  • contact you once your personal arrears are over one week and provide you with details of advice and welfare agencies (such as an independent debt counselling advice services) who may be able to assist you.
