Asbestos survey
We currently have an asbestos programme in place where we are surveying all our communal blocks built prior to 1999 for asbestos containing materials.
If any asbestos material is found you will be notified by letter, any high risk or medium risk asbestos will be removed and any low risk will be surveyed annually to ensure it is secure and undamaged.
Low risk asbestos is safe if undamaged. If you see any damaged materials in your block please contact our Customer Services team urgently on 0800 783 2399.
Top tips for saving money
Don’t keep the tap running when brushing your teeth or shaving. It'll help save water.
Put a lid on your saucepan while boiling water or food. It will help the water boil quicker and save on energy bills too.
