Our cleaning standards

Pinnacle PSG are MHT London’s new cleaning contractor. Here is the cleaning standard which Pinnacle will adhere to.

Internal Communal areas

Weekly we will:

  • Remove and dispose of all papers, junk mail and litter (larger schemes daily).
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors.
  • Spot clean floors and stairs to remove marks and hazardous deposits.
  • Wash down and spot clean walls and doors to clear removable marks and hazardous deposits (larger schemes daily).
  • Remove scuff marks from entrances and exits and doors.
  • Wash down and wipe clean all communal doors, porches and architraves; and polish door furniture.
  • Clean the glass in communal doors (larger schemes daily).
  • Dust and polish handrails, cills and banisters and remove any cobwebs.
  • Clean cobwebs from all areas including light fittings (larger schemes daily).
  • Remove all graffiti from internal areas.
  • Wash down and clean woodwork and other paintwork.
  • Ensure window fixtures and fittings are cleaned and dust free (larger schemes daily).
  • Clean and wash down lift doors and walls; polish mirrors and ensure runners are clear and deodorise lifts (larger schemes daily).
  • Identify and report any abandoned cars or pest vermin problems (as required).

Every three months

  • Clean communal windows internally.

Every six months

  • Scrub and polish hard floors or steam clean carpets.

 

External Cleaning

Weekly we will:

  • Litter pick external hard and gravel surfaces and horticultural areas including shrub beds, hedges and removing all litter (including bottles cans and  dog faeces). (larger schemes daily).
  • Sweep external areas adjacent to entrances and exits.
  • Empty, clean and replace bags for litter and dog bins.
  • Remove and dispose of all bulk and fly tipped waste and clean any resulting spillage (within 48 hours).
  • Pick up loose rubbish and overspills.
  • Pull out bins, sweep, wash down and disinfect.
  • Clear bin chutes and keep free of smells (daily on large sites.

Every three months

  • Clean external communal windows.
  • Deep pressure clean bin rooms and bins.

Every six months

  • Keep internal and external gullies and drains free of all debris.
  • Check porch roofs and remove debris.
  • Clean external and internal light covers.

Every twelve months

  • Mechanical sweep of unadopted roads.

 

Intakes Cupboards / Rooms / Miscellaneous Areas

We will

  • Check internal /porch lights and replace spent bulbs / tubes (weekly or daily on larger schemes)
  • Check and adjust time clocks as required (as required)
  • Maintain and keep secure intakes areas, stores, plant, and tank rooms (as required).
