Cyclical painting programme
Some recurring items of property maintenance will be undertaken on regular cycles – these include the external decoration of a property, installing entry doors to increase security, undertaking environmental improvements to estates and communal improvements such as lighting, grounds maintenance and fencing.
We have a five year rolling programme from 2010 where we will re-decorate an average 2,500 homes per year (external and communal areas).

Annual gas safety check
It is vital for your safety that we check your gas boiler and heating once every year. If we, or our contractors, get in touch please make every effort to make an appointment to allow them to carry out this important task.
