Gas safety inspections

Annual gas safety inspections are a legal requirement as they ensure your safety and the safety of those around you. We check your boiler and heating once a year which are carried by a Gas Safe Registered Contractor. The majority of our residents are providing us with access to their homes as requested. However, this year we have completed fewer gas safety inspections than we did last year.

We will contact you if you are due to have your annual inspection. However, if you believe it is over a year since you had a gas safety check carried out please contact our Service Contract Coordinators, Claudette Pierre Louis or Mike Palmer, on 020 8976 1128. There is no charge for this gas inspection and service.
