MHT London is responsible for repairs regarding the structure of your home and has additional responsibility to carry out certain repairs to your property. There are also some repairs that you will have to carry out yourself. These include:

By pigeons, rats, insects etc. Contact your local council – unless a separate service charge has been agreed. |

If you ask us to change a lock, we will recharge you. |

Except communal locks. |

In communal areas, tenants are responsible for ensuring that stairways, hallways and other areas are kept free from rubbish and are not blocked by any obstructions, such as bicycles or prams, which may hinder exit in the event of a fire. How to change a light bulb
1. Turn off the lamp or light. If the bulb’s hot, let it cool before you touch it.
2. Take hold of the bulb and turn it counter clockwise until it is released from the socket.
3. Insert the new bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it fits properly.
4. Turn the lamp or light back on to check that it works.
