The London Board
MHT London is governed by the London Board which was set up in October 2009. The Board is governed by residents, independent members, MHP Board members and the two executive MHT London members.

Reporting to the main Metropolitan Housing Partnership Board, the London Board oversees MHT London in all its activities and develops its business plan to help maintain its status as a leading housing association in London. Board members are expected to uphold the values and standards of the Metropolitan Housing Partnership and make sure obligations to residents and stakeholders are understood and met. They also scrutinise management performance, strategic aims and financial and organisational resources.
